Deep-sea bottom trawling, a headlong rush into destructive madness, if it is not stopped, will cost a high price for future generations. Governments, harassed by lobbies, which yield to the financial powers and are guilty of shameful setbacks, will one day be denounced as responsible for these massacres. They will have to account for their crimes before the common and universal law that, one day soon, will be the law of humanity.
