Mathieu Colléter is an agricultural engineer specialized in fishing (fishing science and aquatic ecosystems) and a PhD in marine ecology. He thereafter worked as a researcher in the research programs of Sea Around Us and Nereus at the University of British Columbia. His work was on the modeling of marine ecosystems and the impacts of fishing on climate change. Wanting to work more on opening an interaction between science and public policy, Mathieu returned to France to get his Master’s in one year in environmental policy at SciencesPo Paris. He has since worked at BLOOM, where he is today in charge of Sciences and Policy.
